About the job
For a food company in Roeselare, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team leader/shift manager.
Your responsibilities
As a teamleader, a very nice and extensive range of tasks awaits you:
* You will manage and motivate a team of 8 to 10 people;
* responsible for making the production and personnel planning;
* set up machines and adjust them if necessary;
* carry out quality controls ;
* provide coaching and training to employees or new colleagues.
Qualifications
* Good knowledge of Dutch or English;
* first experience as a teamleader and in possession of great leadership qualities;
* also do manual work if necessary;
* fluent PC knowledge.
