As an HRBP, you will keep the engine running and help us level up: manage daily payroll operations with precision and drive exciting compben projects as we scale. /p pDo you have strong communication and analytical skills? /p pAre you discrete, precise in your work and people-oriented? /p pThen you should surely keep on reading! /p h3Payroll HR Administration /h3 ul liOwn and oversee end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with local regulations. /li liAct as the main point of contact for employees and our payroll provider. /li liEnsure smooth, compliant and efficient HR administrative processes. /li /ul h3Employee Records Data Management /h3 ul liMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, amendments, benefits, absences, etc.). /li liEnsure compliance with data privacy requirements. /li /ul h3HR Projects Process Improvement /h3 ul liLead and deliver HR projects (implementation of new tools, systems, or policies). /li liIdentify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes. /li liSupport and drive compben processes and projects (salary reviews, bonus cycles, benchmarking, benefits administration). /li liPartner with leadership to ensure competitive and scalable reward structures. /li liMonitor market trends and recommend improvements. /li /ul h3HR Business Partnering /h3 pAdvice, support, challenge leadership in day-to-day people management of their teams. /p ul liPoint of contact for wellbeing matters. /li liHave +/- 5 years of experience. /li liHave excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English. /li liBe proficient with HRIS and have an advanced knowledge of Excel. /li liKnowledge of Protime, Strobbo and the SD Worx tool is considered an asset. /li liBe able to manage full payroll cycles independently. /li liHave an in-depth understanding of payroll regulations and social legislation. /li liBe detail-oriented and a real team player. /li liEnjoy a great role in high-growth scale-up. /li liSeek growing opportunities per your performance and a chance to shape HR within Poppy. /li liReceive a competitive package, including but not limited to: 20 legal holidays + 6 additional days, laptop, group insurance and free hospitalization insurance + ALAN, meal and eco-vouchers, phone subscription. /li /ul pCurious?
