* Play a strategic role within our client's IT organization by defining, structuring, and continuously evolving information systems that support operational activities.
* Report to the Operations Systems Director and act as the technical and architectural reference for the Operations domain.
* Translate business needs into a coherent technical vision, define architecture principles, and ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
* Provide technical and architectural leadership throughout the solution lifecycle in close collaboration with business stakeholders, product managers, development teams, and external partners.
* Ensure consistency, quality, and proper documentation of deployed solutions across the Operations landscape.
* Operate in a cross-functional environment, providing functional oversight and coordinating external consultants to deliver reliable, high-performing, and resilient operational systems.
* Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Senior Engineer in complex, business‑critical environments, ideally with a strong technical background
* Ability to translate business requirements into a clear technical vision, balancing short-term needs with long-term architectural consistency
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
