About the role:
As a result of continued growth Pharmanovia is looking for a new Key Account Manager in the Flemish part of Belgium to help extend the business within the assigned market.
What you'll do:
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will take ownership of the Flanders region as Key Account Manager, driving market share and revenue growth and realising budgets by managing the DMUs in hospitals. You'll lead strategic engagement with hospital decision-making units, build strong and lasting partnerships, and position the portfolio with clarity and impact. With a sharp eye on market dynamics and a strong commercial focus, you'll play a key role in delivering the revenue targets and shaping success in a highly competitive healthcare environment.
Main responsibilities:
* Relationship management: independently mapping, expanding and maintaining contact with all relevant stakeholders
* Providing advice and service to customers, giving information and presentations to customers
* Showing the added value of the product portfolio
* Translating scientific data in easy understandable core messages
* Developing and delivering marketing activities that promote sales and the organization
* Monitoring and reporting of relevant market developments to grow or protect the business
* Representing the organisation at (inter)national congresses and symposia
* Realization of turnover budgets
What you'll need:
* Higher education degree (minimum Bachelor level; degree in life sciences is a plus)
* Relevant experience in the following areas: CNS/Pain, oncology, cardiology, endocrinology, auto-immune disease
* Fluent in Dutch
* Good knowledge of English
