Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities, both mechanical and electrical. Manage and develop a team of maintenance technicians (planning, coaching, evaluating). Ensure efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans. Analyze breakdowns and implement root-cause solutions to improve reliability. Monitor and manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal maintenance standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g. TPM, OEE, lean tools). Collaborate with external service providers and suppliers as needed. Keep detailed maintenance records and report on KPIs to senior management. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technical Engineering Field: Electro mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Etc. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Structured, hands-on, and safety-oriented approach.
