We are currently looking for an experienced Product Marketing Consultant to join a leading medical technology company for a long-term consulting assignment in Kortrijk.
In this role, you will play a key part in product launch strategy, healthcare marketing, and sales enablement for an innovative portfolio of medical devices and healthcare solutions. You will collaborate with international teams and ensure that product messaging, marketing materials, and commercial tools effectively support the global sales organization.

Work model: Hybrid (up to 2 days remote, not during onboarding)

Key Responsibilities
As a Product Marketing Consultant in the healthcare sector, you will:
* Manage product lifecycle marketing communications for both hardware and software products, from launch to end-of-life.
* Develop and execute product launch strategies that support regional teams and distribution partners.
* Create and maintain sales enablement materials, product marketing content, and commercial tools.
* Work closely with sales teams, product managers, and communication specialists to strengthen the product value proposition.
* Ensure that product information and marketing content are accurately represented on digital platforms, including the company website.
* Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure that all marketing materials comply with industry regulations.
* Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives through performance metrics.
* Monitor competitors and market developments within the medical technology sector.
* Develop and coordinate the global marketing plan for the surgical and modality portfolio.
* Lead internal sales communication initiatives and support regular commercial updates.
Your Profile
We are looking for a consultant with a strong background in product marketing within healthcare or medical technology.
Requirements:
* Master’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s degree also considered).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing, product launch, or marketing communications.
* Professional experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices, or IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics).
* Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
* Ability to quickly understand technical products and complex markets.
* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
