Job Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Exec – Instant Financial Issuance Solutions based in Brazil. The Sales Exec will support the Sales organization to achieve revenue objectives in the strategic plan, by seeking out new business opportunities while managing current prospects and customer accounts. They will proactively develop opportunities that have the potential to drive growth and profitability at Entrust and perform the accountabilities detailed below.


Responsibilities

* Pipeline Development (25%)
Actively and aggressively prospect for new customers by generating leads and turning them into sales results. Develop, manage and regularly update business development plans for an identified region, detailing the company’s position versus desired position. Work with Sales & Marketing early in the process to organize Entrust’s positioning approach for each opportunity. Maintain project pipeline and execute on projects identified in the regional pipeline. Create annual/quarterly business plans and reviews to ensure performance against plan and strategic imperatives. Collaborate with Instant Financial Issuance Solutions business leaders to develop specific sales strategies and target new account and business development efforts within existing accounts.
* Opportunity Identification (25%)
Proactively develop new, trend‑based business opportunities that can drive growth and profitability within the region. Provide new concepts and their fit with corporate strategy. Promote and influence within the company to develop suitable market solutions cost‑effectively and timely. Use market knowledge to identify innovative, unmet customer needs. Drive these concepts through to hand‑off to marketing or launch. Understand the competitive set within the region and use this to develop distinct points of difference that meet customer needs. Assist in the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.
* Relationship & Account Management (35%)
Develop and manage relationships with key market influencers, providing business and technical input to position Entrust favorably. Build relationships with key integrators and partners that offer complementary services to foster strategic partnerships. Participate in working groups, committees and industry councils. Publish and promote success through speaking engagements, articles and white papers. Communicate and present to leaders at all levels, up to and including Senior Management, both internally and with external customers. Accelerate win‑rate growth within the region. Manage and close sales within assigned accounts: update business plans, present and close sales, research accounts, identify stakeholders, generate interest and develop accounts.
* Market Intelligence (15%)
Develop deep knowledge of the market’s customers and consumers. Use various sources of research to understand customer needs. Build and maintain knowledge of our asset base, current technologies and technology trends, and leverage it for new platform development. Monitor external factors such as mergers, acquisitions and market conditions to measure impact on long‑range plans. Partner with Marketing to bring market information to Product Management for future development.


Basic Qualifications

* Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in new business development sales.
* Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales of complex systems/solutions.
* Minimum of 2 years selling to and negotiating with Senior‑level management.
* Demonstrated leadership experience and skills.
* Strong influencing and presentation skills.
* Proficiency with MS products: Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
* Willingness and ability to work in the Latin American & Caribbean Region.
* Proficient in Spanish (both written and verbal); basic conversational English.
* Proficient in Portuguese (both written and verbal).
* Ability to travel up to 50%, primarily in the Latin American Region.
* Must be able to lawfully work in Brazil and have unrestricted work authorization.
* HS diploma, GED or equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience working with or selling to Financial Card Instant Financial Issuances and/or Digital Payment Solutions industries.
