Description
As a Communication Intern within the Adfinity Delivery team in Liège, you will have the opportunity to discover and participate in the creation and structuring of communications around IT projects for our clients. By combining your creativity, your sense of clarity, and your ability to understand the issues on the ground, you will help make change more fluid, understandable, and engaging for users.
You will participate in the development of a standard communication plan, the creation of various materials (presentations, posters, emails, short videos, etc.) and the dissemination of key messages to accompany the different phases of the project. Through your collaboration with project managers and consultants, you will learn to adapt the tone, content, and format of communications to suit the target audience.
You will work with several clients and contexts in parallel, in a variety of sectors, which will offer you a wide range of communication challenges on a daily basis.

Responsabilities
As a communication intern, you will be required to:
* Participate in the creation of a standard communications plan tailored to IT projects.
* Propose and design key messages and communications materials (presentations, posters, emails, short videos, etc.).
* Structure internal and external communications throughout the client project.
* Collaborate with project managers and consultants to understand the challenges in the field and adapt messages.
* Actively contribute to making change clearer, smoother, and more motivating for end users.
Profile
Must have :
* Academic background in communication, marketing, or project management
* You're creative, organized, and solution-oriented
* You enjoy clarifying messages, making them accessible, positive, and engaging.
* You're comfortable with visual communication tools: Canva, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
