You'll be the driving force behind the online presence of our beloved international brands — Biscoff, nakd., TREK, BEAR and Kiddylicious — bringing their stories to life and connecting with audiences worldwide.
In this role you will:
1. Shape best-in-class Perfect e-Stores across global marketplaces and retailer platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our brand teams and creative studio to develop compelling, market-ready content toolkits that help our digital shelves shine across the globe.
2. Drive the evolution of our global brand websites for our iconic brands, collaborating with agencies and brand teams to deliver on-brand and visually engaging experiences.
3. Take the lead in the planning and executing our global social media content calendar. You create a practical organic social media toolbox to empower local brand teams, streamline community management and enable sharing of best practices across brands & markets for on-brand engagement.
4. Ensure an impactful and consistent brand presence across all digital platforms. You champion & monitor best practices, and implement digital tools to optimize our visibility and performance.

5. You have a Master’s degree in a relevant study field (or equivalent through experience).
6. You possess a strong passion for the digital world, with a keen understanding of emerging tools, trends, and the ever-evolving digital media ecosystem—including platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
7. You have strong project management skills, enabling you to support and complete digital marketing projects involving various internal and external stakeholders.
8. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle tasks based on shifting priorities.
9. Because you work in an international environment, fluency in English is a must. Dutch is a plus.
