As Senior Manager you will: /pullimanage complex projects, deliver evidence-based outputs on time and to the satisfaction of the EC public policy bodies; /lililead and contribute to proposals, consortia and develop and negotiate budgets; /liliprovide intellectual methodological leadership in projects and proposals; /lilihave established network of partners and experts whom you will be able to activate from day one to win, – manage and deliver diverse public policy projects; /liliorganise and coordinate specific research contracts (guiding, and ensuring the quality of research, etc.) and communicate with the clients; /lilicontribute to the leadership, managment and growth of the team by bringing fresh and innovative ideas; /liliencourage collaboration and mutual learning; /lilicontribute to the internal training programme and help to develop junior team members. /li /ulpIn addition, as a Senior Manager you will be able to provide supportive leadership to the team.
