Description Responsibilities Develop advanced CMOS image sensor technologies through detailed process and device modeling using advanced TCAD tools. Collaborate with the pixel design team to create optimized and high-performance pixel layouts. Contribute to pixel design and layout activities as needed Partner with the process integration team to define process conditions and experimental splits. Work closely with the characterization team to analyze, debug, and resolve pixel, device, and image-related issues. Correlate simulation results with silicon data; investigate discrepancies and propose solutions to improve accuracy and performance. Engage with TCAD tool vendors to support model calibration, enhance tool capabilities, improve efficiency, and resolve issues. Qualifications Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Hands-on experience (academic or industry) with TCAD 2D/3D process and device simulation (e.g., Synopsys Sentaurus), semiconductor device physics, and fabrication processes. Experience in advanced TCAD modeling and calibration; prior experience with CMOS image sensors is a plus.
