End-to-End Supply Chain Specialist

We are partnering with a growing, design-led company based in Brussels that is looking to strengthen its operations team with the addition of an End-to-End Supply Chain Specialist.

This is a broad, hands-on role within a small and collaborative team, offering exposure across the full supply chain cycle with a particular focus on purchasing and procurement activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities, including supplier coordination and order follow-up.
• Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, production etc.
• Track purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.
• Support supply chain analysis and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure accurate data management within the ERP system.
• Assist with process optimisation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the successful execution of long-term operational projects.

Profile

• Initial experience in supply chain, procurement, purchasing, operations, or logistics.
• Strong organisational skills with a hands-on and execution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable balancing operational tasks with analytical work.
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
• Experience working with an ERP system (Odoo experience is a plus, but not essential).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Able to work effectively in a small, dynamic environment where flexibility and collaboration are key.
