To.Scale, on behalf of one of our clients, a major vehicle manufacturing company based in Brussels, is looking for a Product Owner to drive the continued development and rollout of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IAM) across its entire European organization.
This isn’t your typical PO role. You’ll be the strategic and operational owner of a long-running, multi-year Identity & Access Management (IAM) program, overseeing a central SailPoint IIQ platform that supports dozens of affiliates, multiple legacy systems, and critical business projects with tough compliance constraints (think SOX, multi-domain ADs, and tangled LDAP forests).
If you're someone who thrives in enterprise-scale transformation, understands IAM inside out, and enjoys leading cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions we want to hear from you.
Feel free to reach out to André Cabo (LinkedIn ) if you’d like to discuss the role in more detail or clarify anything before applying.
What You’ll Do
* Own and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SailPoint IdentityIQ across Europe
* Work closely with stakeholders across business, security, and engineering to align goals and define requirements
* Collaborate with solution architects and senior developers to scope features and manage delivery
* Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring high-impact delivery and tight coordination with Agile teams
* Tackle technical debt and ensure the long-term sustainability and maintainability of the platform
* Lead the rollout to new user groups and systems, coordinating with affiliates across Europe
* Track and report on product metrics, risks, and milestones to senior leadership
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior BA in large-scale enterprise environments
* Solid grasp of IAM concepts (e.g., JML processes, provisioning, identity lifecycle management)
* Hands-on or direct exposure to SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) — or strong familiarity with similar IAM platforms
* Experience managing complex, multi-year projects, ideally in multinational or federated orgs
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills
* Fluency in Agile delivery: backlog ownership, sprint planning, and value delivery
* Analytical mindset, with a strong focus on scalability, process improvement, and long-term sustainability
Nice-to-Haves
* Hands-on SailPoint IIQ implementation or configuration experience
* Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and provisioning workflows
* A technical background or strong understanding of software architecture
* Experience managing technical debt, platform refactoring, or infrastructure transitions
