Missions and Responsibilities
* Advise clients on ICT Law, including digital, internet, e-business, and data protection matters
* Handle GDPR-related issues and stay up to date with regulatory developments in the digital and technology space
* Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice supported by thorough legal research and analysis
The Ideal Profile
* Between 1 and 6 years of experience in ICT Law at the Belgian Bar
* Strong experience or demonstrated interest in data protection (GDPR)
* Fluent in Dutch, with a professional working knowledge of English
* Entrepreneurial, open-minded and enthusiastic team player
