Functie omschrijving
•Cutting up and boning pig carcasses in an industrial environment.
•Processing of cuts according to customer requirements.
•Paceboning system: automatic conveyor belt for cutting and rhythm setting.
•Cutting the carcasses into two, four, or more pieces of meat (buttock, shoulder, back, thigh, etc.).
•Keep the work surface, tools and areas clean and hygienic.
•Perform meat processing operations on: Pigs.
•Boning pieces of meat and degreasing or trimming the meat.
Vereisten
Vereisten: •Butcher training or equivalent by experience.
•Experience with a knife related to this position as butcher. Ervaring:
