Diagnosed and resolved complex network security and performance issues. Automation & Infrastructure Optimization Designed and deployed network automation solutions. Developed and maintained Ansible playbooks to automate operational processes. Implemented scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency and security operations. Technical Leadership & Collaboration Provided advanced technical support and guidance to internal network teams. Coached and mentored engineers within the network team.
