Description de l'offre

Bpost strives to create an inclusive environment with challenging projects and inspiring collaborations. With our colleagues at the heart of our organisation, we believe in careers rather than jobs. Manage product performance (penetration, profitability, NPS) and drive end‑to‑end pricing analyses and improvement initiatives.

Own and continuously optimize end‑to‑end pricing processes and lead margin improvement initiatives with direct impact on the P&L.

Partner closely with senior management across Cross Border Eurasia, pricing and leadership teams in North America, and bpost group corporate functions.

Define clear assignments, formats, timelines, and structured meeting and review cadences to ensure disciplined governance across pricing processes.

Contribute to short‑ and long‑term strategy definition and translate strategy into concrete quantified initiatives.

Collaborate with cross‑border entities worldwide to develop joint pricing approaches, support global customer pricing, and deliver the objectives of the Cross Border Full Potential Plan.
