You will be providing administrative support to our Retail audit business in Belgium, UK an EU countries.
* Responsibilities: Handle audit templates
* Updating of contact details and adding new facilities in various systems
* Assist the EU auditors's from the office for admin requests
* Reviewing and sending out audit reports
* Putting together overviews of our audits and food analyses in Excel
* Maintaining the customer audit platform accounts (create new logins, passwords etc)
* Be the link between the Business Unit and IT in case of IT problems
* Scheduling of audits
* Invoicing of clients
* Qualifications: Experience as administrative assistant or similar role
* Experience working with Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft systems
* A quicker learner of new systems and a problem-solver
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
* A clear and proactive communicator
* Details oriented
* Fluent in English, any other EU languages will be an asset (French, Italian, Dutch, German,... )
* Temporary mission (temp/interim), full time, to start asap
* Hybrid role, 3 days from our Diegem office, 2 days from home
