As we continue to capture the premium segment of the market, we are looking for a sophisticated Sales Professional to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO/VP Sales, you will play a critical role in articulating our value proposition to senior stakeholders in large enterprises. For those located outside of Belgium, we offer a fully remote setup.
This is a unique opportunity for a commercial talent who combines the drive of a hunter with the polish of a consultant. you will be conducting research-led outreach, navigating complex decision-making units, and positioning SEQUESTO as a high-value business transformation solution, not just an AI solution.
Account-Based Outreach: Move beyond generic “spray and pray” tactics. You will research target accounts and craft highly personalised, impactful messaging that resonates with Heads of Sales, Bid Directors, Security leaders, C-level executives and tender teams alike.
High-Quality Qualification: Act as the gatekeeper of the pipeline, ensuring we invest resources in the right opportunities by rigorously qualifying prospects on business need, budget, and strategic fit.
Consultative Sales Execution
Lead discovery calls that go deep into the prospect’s business challenges. Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations that showcase not just features, but business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, win rates).
Market Intelligence: Act as the feedback loop between the market and our leadership team, gathering insights on competitor positioning and emerging customer requirements to keep our edge sharp.
CEO & CMO Alignment: Work closely with the CEO and CMO to refine the Go-To-Market strategy, messaging, and sales playbooks.
Hybrid & Remote Culture: Join us in our Ghent headquarters if you are based in Belgium, or operate fully remote if located internationally.
Regardless of your location, you maintain rigorous discipline in CRM hygiene and pipeline management to ensure transparency across the team.
Commercial Maturity: 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. Executive Presence: You are comfortable holding your own in conversations with senior leadership. You are interested in how businesses run and how technology improves them.
Articulate Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) are non-negotiable. You prioritise quality interactions.
Languages: C1 fluency in English is required; Dutch, German and/or French are strong assets for the local markets.
Direct Mentorship: Working directly with the CEO offers an accelerated learning curve in high-growth strategy and business management.
