Job Description
* Manage own portfolio in autonomy and ensure client engagement through high level of customer service and satisfaction
* Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of customers and brokers to prepare bespoke solutions, accurate pricing and quotations.
* Conduct negotiations, renewals, and amendments with brokers and clients.
* Identify sales opportunities to grow existing relationships (saturation)
* Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
* Organize price sheets, signed contract documents for seamless implementation of policies
* Build strong commercial relationships with brokers to ensure their consistent engagement
* Actively participate in and contribute to strategic projects and initiatives
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
* You have 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a client-facing roles within the financial service industry. Ideally in credit insurance or factoring.
* You are an assertive, result driven team player.
* You have excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills with decision-makers;
* You are fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and can operate in French
* Master's degree in finance, business administration or economics is preferred
