In this role, you'll take ownership of the strategy, development, and quality of one or more of our connectivity products. You'll collaborate across engineering, digital, IT, marketing, customer operations and external partners to bring products from concept to launch, and into the hands of our residential and SoHo (small office/home office) customers. You'll craft and own the roadmap and be the driving force behind an exceptional experience for users across our Telenet and Base brands. By leveraging the power of AI and emerging technologies, you'll help us anticipate customer needs and deliver smarter, more personalized solutions. Your tasks as our junior product manager Based on research & existing data, you build extensive knowledge and deep understanding of customer needs in the connectivity area, and you translate this into relevant insights and business opportunities.You are on top of our customers' experience through various channels (research, sales channels, customer care, field technicians, web, ...).You work closely with other connectivity team members and our global partners to align the product roadmap. You manage the product lifecycle of the solutions within your portfolio. You work closely together with Engineering, IT, market research and digital/ app teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of your projects.
