We are looking for a rigorous and customer-oriented IT Support Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for providing first-level support to end users, managing tickets via ServiceNow, and administering the Microsoft environment (Azure, M365, Intune).
Key responsibilities
Answering and handling user calls
Ticket qualification and management via ServiceNow
Dispatching tickets to the appropriate teams
Level 1 support for end users
Managing user accounts and groups in Active Directory and Exchange
Managing shared mailboxes and distribution groups
Handling onboarding and offboarding processes
Providing support for video conferencing systems (Teams, Polycom, WebEx)
Installing software, including business applications
Creating and updating operational procedures
Required technical skills
Microsoft Azure / entra ID
Identity and group management
Knowledge of Azure resources and services
Microsoft 365
Support and troubleshooting of Office 365 services
Experience with SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams
Microsoft Intune
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Application deployment via Intune
Experience with Autopilot and Microsoft monitoring/reporting tools
General skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to document procedures and contribute to the knowledge base
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
