Business Development Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and executing a business plan that drives incremental revenue through strategic partnerships and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute a business plan in collaboration with the Commercial Director
• Manage and motivate a team of Sales professionals to build a dynamic pipeline and optimize conversion rate
• Identify, develop, and expand partnerships to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to create impactful content and make effective use of resources for campaigns and events
• Represent the organization at external events and strengthen brand awareness
• Track performance metrics using internal CRM and produce consistent reporting
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience as a people manager who can motivate, coach, and support a team of Business Developers
• 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in credit insurance with a proven track record of sales success
• Ability to take ownership and implement a business strategy for financial services
• Outstanding sales, presentation, and communication skills in Dutch/French/English
• Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Finance)
