Tasks and responsibilities
As a Senior Business Analyst in life insurance, you contribute to the migration of individual life insurance policies and to related commercial change initiatives. You work in a multidisciplinary environment focused on individual and collective life insurance, alongside actuaries, business analysts and testers.
* Analysis
o Analyse differences between the source and target systems in the context of individual life insurance policy migration.
o Define business requirements and document them according to agreed quality standards.
o Assess the process impact of the migration of individual life insurance policies.
o Ensure a clear mutual understanding between business and IT teams.
* Testing
o Prepare and execute process and calculation tests.
o Support the validation of results and follow up on findings where needed.
* Monitoring and coordination
o Act as a key link between business and IT stakeholders.
o Provide regular updates on the progress of your activities.
o Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Business and Distribution.
o Build strong and trust-based working relationships with the relevant stakeholders involved.
Your profile
Experience as: Senior Business Analyst
Required expertise
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
* Strong expertise in individual life insurance products and processes.
* Knowledge of life insurance migration projects.
* Strong understanding of traditional life insurance products.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector.
* Familiarity with at least one standard business or process analysis methodology.
* Testing and validation skills, including process and calculation testing.
