Job Overview
The role of a Supply Chain Manager involves supporting the design and implementation of systems and processes within the organization. This includes continuous improvement of supply processes, systems, and facilities to ensure efficient material transfers from/to warehouses, CMOs, and other sites.
Main Responsibilities
* Distribution strategy development and business oversight of material transfers (imports and exports) of incoming material, intermediary product, and final product.
* Interacting with external stakeholders (CMOs, carriers…) and internal stakeholders (within R&D, GIO and Pharma) to define appropriate supply strategies and continuously improving them.
* Prioritizing and coordinating distribution activities within the organization, among external and internal employees, following up and resolving blocking points and escalations.
* Leading and/or supporting key supply projects within the TRD GMP M&CS, including all prioritized projects such as strategic needs and facility improvements.
* Managing the KPI supply strategy for TRD M&CS.
* Supporting warehousing and clinical supply activities through documentation revising, authoring, change control generation/closure, SOP/WKI updates/generation, etc., to ensure the successful introduction of new/improved strategies.
Requirements
* University degree in Logistics, project management or relevant discipline.
* Project Management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
* GMP knowledge across all development stages (Phase I – III).
* Direct experience with KPI development/implementation, Operational Excellence, and/or continuous improvement.
* Ability to translate compliance and quality needs into successful support systems to ensure robust supply processes and facilities.
* Change Management experience; Six Sigma experience is desirable.
* French speaker and good knowledge of English.
* Certified Project Manager credentials are desirable or extensive project management experience.
