Mission
As a Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be the strategic owner of all marketing operations at Banqup. You will ensure that our marketing technology, data, processes, and reporting fully support the company's business objectives. Acting as a strategist, you will drive operational excellence across our marketing ecosystem, guiding the marketing technology and website teams towards innovation, efficiency, and measurable impact.
Working closely with the broader marketing and sales organization, you will play a key role in defining how data, automation, and digital tools power our growth and brand visibility.
Responsibilities
This is what we expect of you:
* You own and optimize the full marketing technology stack, including CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
* You ensure accurate tracking and actionable insights for campaigns, website performance, and other key marketing KPIs.
* You design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that empower the marketing team with real-time data insights.
* You coordinate integrations across marketing systems and tools, collaborating with IT, agencies, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
* You define scalable marketing processes and workflows, continuously improving efficiency and collaboration across teams.
* You align marketing operations with other departments such as sales, IT, and finance, ensuring strategic cohesion and data consistency.
* You make technical configuration and integration decisions within the strategic framework you define as Operations Specialist.
* You manage vendors and partners, including contract negotiations and performance evaluation.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have
* A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a related leadership role.
* A strong technical understanding of CRM, CMS, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
* Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to turn insights into business actions.
* Excellent project and team management skills, with a structured and process-driven approach.
* The ability to think strategically while managing day-to-day operational excellence.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
* Fluency in English and Dutch; French is considered a plus.
