Our IT department serves the full breadth of our retail operations, supporting stakeholders across Finance, HR, Compliance, Legal, and Retail — and we are at an inflection point: moving from reactive data management to a proactive, insight-driven data culture. /ph3YOUR ROLE /h3pThis is a transformation role, not a maintenance one. You will act as the first dedicated data leader within our IT function, shaping the vision, defining the roadmap, and driving the execution to build a robust, business-driven data practice. You will lead and grow a team of data and BI professionals, positioning data as a strategic asset — structured, trusted and AI-ready — serving the entire IT organisation. Working within a federated data ecosystem, you will collaborate closely with central platform and infrastructure teams, ensuring alignment while progressively clarifying ownership, responsibilities and data governance.
