For this company specializing in the production of niche materials, mostly for industrial clients, we are urgently looking for a Sales Assistant who will join a team of 4 salespeople.
A global leader, the company employs around 40 people in Belgium, directly responsible for sales in the EMEA region.
In this role, you will act as the support to your colleagues in the sales department, while maintaining close contact with clients.

This job is based in Vilvoorde.
Sales Assistant – The Role:
* Act as the point of contact for customers: answer their questions, solve urgent issues, follow-up on their situation
* Establish quotes, in collaboration with other departments
* Various administrative tasks
* Ensure correct and updated customer data in the CRM
* Regular market analyses and updates
Sales Assistant – About You:
* You have 3-10 years of experience in a similar role
* You are fluent in Dutch & English, French and/or German are definitely an asset
* You are curious, open minded and you have a “go getter” mentality. Handling technical products and solutions is no issue with your business acumen!
