Hobson Prior is seeking a dedicated Senior Qualification Specialist to oversee documentation and validation tasks for a new bioreactor project. This role focuses on ensuring quality and compliance in the manufacturing of extracellular vesicles. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and update important quality documents like procedures and reports.
* Lead efforts to validate the bioreactor system, working with engineering teams.
* Regularly check processes to ensure they meet quality standards.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure quality is considered throughout the project.
* Help assess risks to improve product quality and safety.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Quality Assurance, or similar.
* Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations.
* Experience with bioreactor systems and related documentation.
* Ability to lead validation activities and develop documentation strategies.
* Proficient in English; French is a plus.
