Role Overview
As an MLOps Engineer/AI Engineer, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between Data Science and IT operations. Your primary responsibility will be to deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning models and AI applications, ensuring seamless integration into the organization’s infrastructure. You will also contribute to lifecycle management, scalability, and performance optimization of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Model Deployment: Collaborate with Data Scientists to deploy optimized models for production, ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and reliability.
* Data Pipeline Management: Design and implement automated and efficient data pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
* Environment Setup: Assist teams in setting up projects by managing dependencies, configuring environments, and integrating tooling for code quality, testing, and deployment.
* Data Flow Design: Establish and maintain seamless data flows between sources such as Cloud Storage, SQL databases, and other platforms to support AI applications.
* Lifecycle Management: Oversee the lifecycle of AI applications, including performance monitoring, regular updates, incident management, and troubleshooting.
* Kubernetes Orchestration: Use Kubernetes to manage and streamline the deployment of containerized components, ensuring efficient resource utilization and system reliability.
* Incident Management: Promptly handle incidents, troubleshoot issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders while conducting root-cause analyses and post-mortems.
* Innovation and Optimization: Explore innovative solutions to enhance AI capabilities and streamline model integration processes.
Requirements
Education
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Substantial knowledge in Programming, System Engineering, or DevOps is highly valued.
Technical Expertise
* Strong proficiency in Python.
* Hands-on experience with REST APIs and Git version control.
* Proven expertise in MLOps/DevOps, including CI/CD pipeline automation.
* Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and orchestration systems (e.g., Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of software testing practices and Linux operating systems.
* Nice to have : SQL, PostgreSQL, Mlflow, Helm charts.

* Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Language Proficiency
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Additional knowledge of other languages is a plus.
