Mission Overview
Join our Digital Solutions team as a key contributor to the Transcend SAP Transformation program - a global S/4HANA initiative transforming enterprise operations. You'll serve as the critical bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless transition through expert process design, data integrity management, and strategic change leadership.
Core Responsibilities
1. Requirements & Process Design
* Lead cross-functional workshops to gather and refine complex business requirements from logistics, warehouse, and supply chain stakeholders
* Design comprehensive "to-be" business process flows integrating end-to-end process logic with data requirements
* Translate business needs into detailed Business User Stories with clear acceptance criteria for technical development teams
* Create process documentation aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices and global template standards
2. Data Strategy & Migration
* Define master data standards for materials, vendors, customers, and logistics data aligned with global templates
* Create detailed data mapping tables bridging legacy systems to S/4HANA structures
* Execute master data migration activities ensuring 99%+ data quality through validation scripts and reconciliation procedures
* Develop comprehensive master data test sets and lead Business Simulation Testing (BST) to validate system readiness
* Implement data governance frameworks ensuring ongoing data integrity post-migration
3. Testing & Training Excellence
* Design rigorous test scripts covering complex business scenarios across logistics, warehouse management, and transportation processes
* Develop high-impact training materials including user manuals, quick reference guides, and interactive e-learning modules
* Deliver training sessions to diverse user groups from operational staff to senior management
* Create change impact assessments and user adoption strategies
4. Governance & Compliance Leadership
* Review and update GxP documentation ensuring full regulatory compliance across pharmaceutical/life sciences processes
* Participate in governance meetings assessing project scope evolution and risk mitigation strategies
* Lead communication strategies ensuring transparent stakeholder engagement throughout transformation
* Drive change management initiatives addressing resistance and ensuring smooth organizational transition
Required Expertise
SAP Transformation Experience
* 4-6 years proven experience in large-scale global SAP S/4HANA implementations
* Deep expertise in key modules:
o Logistics Execution (LE)
o Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
o Transportation Management (TM)
o Global Trade Services (GTS)
o Production Planning (PP)
o Materials Management (MM)
* Process knowledge: Customer excellence processes, demand planning, master data governance
Business Analysis Excellence
* Advanced skills in documenting "to-be" process flows using BPMN 2.0 notation
* Expertise in writing detailed Business User Stories with measurable acceptance criteria
* Experience with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops
* Proficiency in process modeling tools (ARIS, Signavio, or similar)
Data Management Mastery
* Deep understanding of SAP master data structures (material master, vendor master, customer master, BOMs, routings)
* Expertise in data migration tools (SAP Data Services, LSMW, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit)
* Advanced Excel/data analysis skills for complex mapping and validation activities
* Experience with data quality tools and reconciliation methodologies
Compliance & Regulatory
* Preferred: Experience working within GxP environments (pharmaceutical, medical devices, life sciences)
* Knowledge of FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, and validation requirements
* Understanding of computer system validation (CSV) methodologies
Technical Skills
* Preferred: SAP ICSM (Integrated Customer Service Management) add-on knowledge
* Familiarity with SAP Fiori UX design principles and user experience optimization
* Basic understanding of SAP technical architecture and integration points
Leadership & Communication
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills across technical and business communities
* Proven ability to lead change management initiatives in complex organizational structures
* Strong presentation and facilitation skills for diverse audience levels
* Experience working in multicultural, global project environments
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
* SAP S/4HANA certification preferred (functional modules)
* Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
* Experience with agile project methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
