**Restoration Specialist**
We are seeking a skilled restoration specialist to join our team in the field of renovation. As a construction worker in this field, your tasks will include working at various project locations, such as historical buildings and large residential complexes or social housing.
You will use your extensive knowledge of various construction techniques to combine them with modern equipment and achieve our goals. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
Salary: The starting salary for junior profiles is €17,398 per hour, which can increase to €20,937 per hour or more with experience.
Job Description: Your main responsibilities will include:
* Working at unique project locations, such as historical buildings and large residential complexes or social housing
* Using your extensive knowledge of various construction techniques
* Combining your craftsmanship with modern equipment to achieve our goals
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A passion or curiosity for restoration
* Initial experience in structural work
* A good command of the Dutch language
* A driving license B
* A strong commitment to working safely
