Investment Analyst
As part of the Finance team, the Investment Analyst will contribute to the financial and strategic planning of the company’s development projects. You will help ensure financial information remains consistent and reliable throughout each project’s lifecycle, working with solid and well-validated assumptions. Reporting to the Senior Investment Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other members of the Finance department.
Provide structured updates on key financial metrics and underlying assumptions.
Support project teams in developing detailed business plans and monitor progress until completion.
Prepare documents and analyses required for internal decision-making and investment approvals.
Conduct post-investment reviews to assess financial performance against initial assumptions.
Perform a wide range of financial analyses related to project operations.
Stay informed about new financial mechanisms and funding opportunities to support project viability.
Master’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in financial or investment analysis.
Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel; basic programming knowledge (VBA, R, Python) is a plus.
Proficiency in French, and English + good command in Dutch.
