For our international department, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant – Invoicing who will handle invoicing and vendor accounting with precision. Your Responsibilities Process and follow up on invoices and payments Provide support with AP/AR processes and vendor accounting Collaborate closely with an English-speaking team in an international environment Ensure accurate data and reporting Your Profile Strong command of English (Dutch is an asset) Initial experience with accounting (AP/AR) or vendor bookkeeping Analytical, detail-oriented, and a true team player What We Offer Salary: €2,800 – €3,100 gross per month An international work environment with strong collaboration Start possible only on a temporary (agency) basis
