The Role
We are looking for a SharePoint Specialist who will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint-based intranet applications. The role focuses on supporting business users, modernizing legacy solutions, improving performance, and ensuring stable, secure, and user-friendly SharePoint environments aligned with client requirements.
The position requires strong technical expertise in SharePoint on-premise platforms, scripting, front-end technologies, and close collaboration with functional and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and optimize SharePoint intranet applications
* Create, maintain, and automate administrative and operational tasks using PowerShell scripts
* Review, refactor, and adapt legacy SharePoint code to meet current standards and business needs
* Design, create, and maintain InfoPath forms, including migration or adaptation where required
* Modernize existing forms and user interfaces using front-end technologies (e.g. Angular)
* Provide technical support to end users and internal teams, resolving incidents and issues efficiently
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to support daily operational tasks and project delivery
* Analyze client requirements and propose technical solutions to improve application performance, usability, and design
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for SharePoint platforms and intranet services
* Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in ceremonies and iterative delivery
