* Act as the business representative in Salesforce-related projects and improvements.
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant with Salesforce.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, dashboards, reporting, automation tools, etc.).
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Ability to work closely with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Fluent in English.
