Job Description
As a Customer Service OTC EMEA Region your responsibilities are:
* Oversee the complete order-to-cash (OTC) process for the EMEA region.
* Manage customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
* Ensure accurate processing of orders and invoicing.
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and manage delivery schedules and logistics coordination.
* Monitor Product availabilities.
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
* Provide reports and insights to support decision-making processes.
* Manage Returns.
* Contribute to process improvements within the customer service department.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Customer Service OTC EMEA Region Should Have
* Educational background in business, supply chain, or a related field.
* SAP Super User
* Experience in customer service OTC
* Proficiency in managing order-to-cash processes.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations.
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
