We are looking for a Product Director to take charge of a specific AI Employee within our portfolio, ensuring its growth, market relevance, and commercial success.

As a Product Director, you are the strategic lead for a dedicated AI Employee product. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical development and the market. You will ensure the product matures and evolves effectively, is positioned correctly, and achieves its revenue potential through both your own sales efforts and the support of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the positioning and long-term development of your assigned AI Employee.
Coordinate with the technical delivery team on the roadmap and work with Sales/Marketing on Go-To-Market execution.
Identify growth opportunities and ensure the product stays competitive through continuous improvement.
Deliver and maintain product artefacts to track the GTM plan, requested product enhancements as well as product content for marketing.
Support Sales, Solution Architects/Presales, and delivery on product related activities to assure customer success with assigned AI Employee.
Spearhead the sales and customer success of assigned AI employees also to own accounts.
Requirements
You have experience in Product Management, Business Development, or a Strategic Lead role.
You have deep domain expertise that is relevant for the assigned AI Employee.
You are comfortable to work in a fast moving start-up environment where speed matters and resources are limited.
You are a "doer" with a strategic mindset—equally comfortable planning a roadmap and closing a deal.
You excel at cross-functional coordination between technical and commercial teams.
