As part of our Financial Institutions practice, you will help design and deliver the future of payments and digital asset transformation for our clients by supporting the evolution of their strategies, operating models, technology architectures, and customer experiences. Through the modernization of payment operations and financial ecosystems, you will help financial institutions and market participants adapt to changing customer expectations, regulatory developments, and technological innovation.
Your key responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate end-to-end payment and digital asset initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from project initiation through execution and closure.
* Support strong program governance by engaging with stakeholders, collaborating with initiative leads, and working closely with Business Program Managers.
* Manage project execution activities, including planning, progress monitoring, reporting, and the application of agile delivery methodologies.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of integrated financial services solutions.
* Identify and mitigate risks proactively, helping programs maintain momentum and delivery quality.
* Contribute to resource and capacity planning to optimize project efficiency and team performance.
* Support financial oversight activities, including budget follow-up and the preparation of business cases for strategic initiatives.
Your profile
* Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
* More than 7 years of experience managing complex projects or programs.
* Proven experience delivering payments-related initiatives within consulting, banking, financial institutions, or payment service providers.
* Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, financial technologies, and transformation programs.
* Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, or PMBOK.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Experienced in stakeholder management with a collaborative and diplomatic approach.
