* Define and execute trade marketing strategies across the BeLux independent channel.
* Manage and optimize a significant marketing budget, ensuring ROI and alignment with business objectives.
* Develop and implement B2B and B2C campaigns to drive brand visibility, sell-out, and customer engagement.
* Lead customer programs, loyalty initiatives, and trade activations to strengthen market positioning.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Brand, Digital, and Product teams to align commercial and marketing efforts.
* Drive digitalization and enhance the customer journey through tools, platforms, and new ways of working.
* Lead and coach a small team, ensuring high-quality execution and continuous development.
* 5-7 years of experience in trade marketing within BeLux, ideally in retail, FMCG, or premium/luxury sectors.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, drive performance, and deliver measurable results.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive change.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
* Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
