Join our growing IT Strategy & Architecture team, providing reinforcement in support, coordination, and communication across key initiatives. Focus areas include cloud evolution, obsolescence management, API governance, adoption of data products, and the refinement of IT architecture rules and principles. The role is designed for someone ready to make a tangible impact, expand scope, and strengthen credibility within the organization.
Role Description
As a member of the IT Strategy & Architecture team, you will:
* Support the team lead in managing the overall project portfolio.
* Prepare transversal initiative boards and contribute to budget analysis exercises.
* Assist in research, analysis, communication, and change management activities.
* Define and follow up on action plans for complex topics, ensuring timely closure and coordinating multiple contributors.
* Gather input from various stakeholders (SMEs, architects, IT strategists, product owners) to create visually polished, audience-tailored presentations for senior management.
* Maintain up-to-date views on departmental budgets, actuals, and backlog of actions.
Language Requirements
* Mastery of either French or Dutch
* Strong English skills
Work Setup
50% on-site & 50% remote
Required Experience / Knowledge
* 5+ years of experience in consulting or equivalent.
* Extensive expertise in IT strategy formulation and implementation.
* Strategic planning, IT project/program management, and change management experience.
* Proven experience collaborating with senior IT leaders (CIO, CTO, Head of Architecture, CISO).
Key Skills
* Strong understanding of organizational decision-making, structure, key roles, processes, and stakeholders.
* Ability to collaborate with IT managers and senior architects to deliver high-quality results.
* Skilled in retrospectives and lessons-learned analysis to continuously enhance the team's impact.
