We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional to drive our recruitment efforts and help us scale by attracting top talent across key roles.
The successful candidate will be the driving force behind all our hiring activities, collaborating closely with our Hiring Managers and taking ownership of our ambitious hiring roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full cycle of the hiring process, ensuring a focus on candidate experience and quality check on our standards
* Collaborate with Hiring Managers and serve as their trusted partner for all recruitment matters
* Spearhead global sourcing initiatives, utilizing tools and establishing partnerships to identify top talent and enhance recruitment strategies
* Work with our Talent Acquisition team on international recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives
* Oversee reporting on sourcing activities and pipeline performance, delivering data-driven insights to hiring managers and the team

As a project- and process-driven individual, you'll be focused on achieving your objectives and passionate about being a builder who thrives with autonomy and loves bringing ideas to life.

If you have at least 5 years of experience in Recruitment, preferably in a SaaS/Tech company or in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
* Solid expertise in innovative methodology and tools to recruit and select the best candidates
* Able to lead by example and enjoy coaching and inspiring a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
* Project- and process-driven, always focused on achieving your objectives
* Possess a passion for data and can oversee reporting on sourcing activities and pipeline performance
* Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written; French is a bonus
* Can join us at the HQ for at least 3 days a week because that's where the magic happens
