MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Drive and motivate your team to achieve individual and store targets
* Lead by example on the shop floor and back of house
* Follow company policies, visual merchandising standards, manage stock control and loss prevention
* Manage the execution of retail strategies in your store
* Analyze store performance and make decisions to increase productivity and efficiency
* Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent service and sales techniques
* Coordinate staff rotas and store scheduling
* Implement and monitor loss prevention procedures
* Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the store
* Manage HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, training, and development
* Handle customer inquiries and escalate complaints appropriately
* Share feedback with Senior Management
* Perform other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
* Proven leadership and people management skills
* Retail experience preferred
* Strong customer service skills
* Knowledge of loss prevention procedures
* Passion for retail and achieving sales targets
* Ability to perform basic math and retail operations
* Familiarity with POS systems
* Attention to detail
* Effective communication skills
* Fluent in English
* Understanding of retail market and trends
* Comfortable with remote management
* Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
