We are currently looking for a Talent & HR Sales Practitioner Senior Manager/Associate Director, to support sales origination and increase successful deal closure.
Work you will do
Act as a domain specialist in one of the above functional areas.
Provide Talent & HR expertise and support to sales teams during client interactions, presentations, and proposal development.
Create a trusted relationship with the client and understand and capture the client situation and challenges.
Animate client workshops on value identification and solutioning.
Build a compelling story with clients for how Accenture will partner with them to achieve the value they desire.
As an active member of the sales ecosystem, develop a winning value proposition maximizing the benefits of managed services engagement model. Keep elevating our managed services value proposition for Talent & HR
Influence strategic direction for the type of opportunities to pursue and the appropriate approach to use for each.
Primary Performance Measures
Gaining recognition for domain expertise and earning endorsements from sales and account teams
Development of a qualified pipeline and personal impact on key wins
Support RFP processes in the Talent and HR area, from beginning to contract signature.
The role of Talent & HR Sales Practitioner Senior Manager/Associate Director is for you if:
You have a domain expert in one of the T&HR functional areas: Talent acquisition/recruiting, Talent development/Learning, Employee & HR Services, including Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, Payroll.
You have delivered at least two large scale, end-to-end Talent & HR Transformation projects for global clients.
We expect you are a well-established CHRO advisor, who is on the forefront of shaping HR of the future.
You are well versed with Industry Digital Talent & HR technologies and leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus already have a proven track record of implementing Digital Talent & HR solutions.
You excel in developing strong client relationships, drive client dialogue both at GPO and at CHRO/VP level, and in originating, shaping and delivering value-led talent & HR projects.
You can collaborate with the T&HR offering development team to bring a differentiated offering to clients.
You are a solid team player who thrives when working in a fast-paced, high energy and project- oriented environment.
You have excellent leadership and communication skills with extensive experience in managing a high-performance team and delivering large scale Transformation projects.
You are an action and results-oriented, self-driven person with a high energy level, analytical and structured, quality focused and adaptable.
You are flexible and capable of some travel.
You have done shaping of solutions, process diagnostics, blueprinting and are savvy with PowerPoint and Excel.
