About the Role ImmuneSpec is looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to support the CEO and leadership team. You will act as a force multiplier to the CEO: structuring priorities, driving execution, and ensuring the company operates with clarity, focus, and speed. Strategic Support & Execution Translate the CEO’s priorities into actionable plans and ensure progress. Prepare strategic materials such as board presentations, investor updates, OKRs, and planning documents. Drive special cross-functional projects across operations, commercial, and R&D. 2. Project & Operations Coordination Coordinate alignment across teams (science, projects, finance, operations). Track milestones, flag risks, and help remove operational bottlenecks. Build scalable processes and structure as the company grows. 3. Communication & Stakeholder Management Prepare communication for internal and external stakeholders. Support the CEO in interactions with partners, investors, and collaborators. Represent the CEO in selected meetings and ensure high-quality follow-up. 4. Analytical & Business Insight Conduct analysis, research, and benchmarking to support decision-making. Contribute to KPIs, dashboards, and business/operational optimizations. Who You Are (Ideal Profile) Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field (Solvay candidates strongly encouraged). Highly organized, structured, and solution-oriented. Strong communicator in English; French or Dutch is a plus. Proactive, independent, and comfortable in a startup environment with high velocity. Able to handle confidential information and coordinate across diverse stakeholders. Interest in biotech, healthcare, or innovation is an asset; scientific background not required.
