We are currently looking for a Finance & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, design-driven industry and who wants to contribute to the financial and operational backbone of our growing product division.
As Finance & Operations Coordinator, you will support both the financial and operational processes. You will assist with bookkeeping and supplier management, ensure smooth documentation and follow-up throughout the production cycle, and help maintain accurate records that keep our creative operations running efficiently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial & Administrative Support
* Execute day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and weekly pre-payments, including processing invoices, managing purchase orders, and reconciling expenses.
* Assist the Finance team by updating budget/forecast sheets and maintaining a structured digital filing system for all financial documents.
* Help compile data for weekly and monthly operational reports to support management reviews.
* Ensure all necessary invoices, contracts, and documents are neatly organized and ready for internal/external checks.
* Handle correspondence regarding invoices and assist with general office administration tasks.
Production, Inventory & Sales Operations
* Maintain accurate digital records for supplier contracts, cost sheets, and production documentation.
* Track and monitor production timelines and financial milestones from initial development through to final delivery.
* Monitor inventory movements and stock levels, analyzing data to highlight potential risks (e.g., overstock, stockouts) and opportunities (e.g., fast-moving items).
* Maintain and distribute regular reports to track sales performance across different channels (e.g., e-commerce, wholesale, retail) and special events.
* Act as the first point of contact for administrative questions from the production and sales teams.
MUST-HAVES
Education & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or finance support role, ideally within the fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry.
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills (e.g., PivotTables, advanced formulas, charts) for data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to process data sheets and consolidate information into clear, usable overviews.
* Experience with accounting software or ERP systems is highly desirable.

* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
