Seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to manage courier performance, fleet operations, and workforce planning within a fast-paced delivery environment. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency, maintaining service quality, and supporting courier engagement across the full courier lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage courier operations from onboarding through offboarding.
• Monitor fleet capacity and support recruitment and scaling initiatives.
• Track courier performance KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Support business reporting and operational performance reviews.
• Act as a key point of contact for courier communications and issue resolution.
• Maintain operational documentation and knowledge resources.
• Monitor weather and operational risks affecting delivery performance.
• Collaborate with planners, operations teams, and fleet leaders to ensure service stability.
• Analyze courier sentiment and engagement data to improve the courier experience.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, delivery operations, workforce management, retail operations, or supply chain environments.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work within structured processes while adapting to local operational needs.
• Knowledge of last-mile delivery, fleet management, or workforce planning is advantageous.
