We are currently looking to add a Validation Technician to our team, based in Madrid.
About the Role:
* Validate HVAC systems by performing assembly and testing both at origin and on the vehicle, including mechanical, software, electrical, and electronic type validation.
* Perform electrical, electronic, pneumatic, thermodynamic, and/or mechanical assembly of equipment for HVAC system tests and trials, ensuring their quality and traceability of results.
* Conduct noise and vibration tests.
* Understand the project concept from a mechanical and electrical/electronic perspective, through the study of documentation provided by the systems and development area.
* Perform project validation tests, completing the corresponding results sheet. Validate the system to move on to the commissioning phase.
* Conduct tests on new components and/or equipment.
* Validate components and/or equipment.
* Responsible for the maintenance and proper functioning of the laboratory and its materials.
Requirements:
* Academic or professional education in industrial engineering, electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering, or similar.
* +3 years of experience as a test technician and/or in mechanical and electrical HVAC maintenance.
* Knowledge of thermodynamics, electricity, mechanics, electronics, noise, and vibroacoustics.
* Technical product knowledge for analysis and improvement.
* Knowledge of measurement and acquisition devices.
