Responsibilities

* Drive Market Growth

Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company's European objectives. Build and expand relationships with distributors, installers, and key partners to achieve sustainable sales growth.

* Manage Customer Relationships

Organize installer visit plan and act as the primary point of contact for customers. Maintain strong, long-term relationships through regular visits, performance reviews, and tailored commercial support.

* Promote Atmoce products and solution

Promote the key values of Atmoce solution in front of installers and partners. This includes a technical understanding of the full solution and competitor solutions (deeper technical trainings remain responsibility of a technical solution manager).

* Lead Sales Execution

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely quotations, order processing, and after-sales service for partners.

* Collaborate Cross-Functionally

Work closely with the Solutions, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure commercial activities align with product availability, pricing, and promotional plans on the market.

* Monitor Market Trends

Analyze market dynamics, including competitor activity, pricing structures, regulatory developments, and subsidy schemes. Provide regular feedback to management to guide strategic decisions.

* Support Business Planning

Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales analyses. Contribute to annual planning and performance reviews.

* Represent the Company

Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and training sessions to promote brand visibility and support the local partner network.

Your Profile

* Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline — or equivalent experience.

* Experience:

3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the renewable energy, electrical, or technology sectors. Proven success in managing distributor or installer networks is a strong advantage.

* Skills:

Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. Strong analytical ability and strategic mindset. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-border teams.

* Languages:

Fluent in French and English; additional European languages are a plus.
