People Business Partner
We are looking for a dedicated People Business Partner who will own the people strategy for the European part of our Business. In this role, you will serve as the Single Point of Contact for the management team, addressing all people-related topics. You will play a key role in driving People initiatives, supporting leadership, and fostering a thriving work environment aligned with Business and People strategy.
Whilst you will be part of the leadership team of the business, you will also be part of the wider AB InBev People Team. You will regularly meet with other People Partners and the European People Director to continue raising the bar on the people/HR team. You will be empowered to work autonomously, interpreting People principles to achieve the best outcomes for the team.
You will also be responsible to deliver strategic and advisory services to managers and supervisors within business area, to perform the role of technical people expert in the area of staffing and training and development.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver key projects and processes within the People Cycle, including performance reviews and goal setting.
2. Build a collaborative relationship with the unions to foster a constructive environment.
3. Lead the People Budget and One-Year Plan, advising the Business on planning and performance improvements.
4. Coach and support management in resolving employee relations issues and building leadership capability.
5. Ensure the consistent application of the People Strategy, Products, and Policies.
6. Stay up to date with labor laws, CLA’s, and evolving HR trends to ensure compliance and relevance.
7. Drive engagement initiatives and follow through on action plans to promote positive change and creativity.
8. Empower and develop managers and teams through training, coaching, and inspiration.
9. Build a strong internal network across the Europe AB InBev organization.
Who are we looking for:
10. Experienced HR Professional: Minimum of 3 years in a People Business Partner or similar generalist HR role, with a strong foundation in HR practices.
11. Belgian Labor Law Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Belgian employment legislation and proficiency with HR support tools.
12. Strategic and Operational Agility: Proven ability to navigate both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations, effectively supporting both people and business objectives.
13. Project and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects and engaging stakeholders, with strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
14. Analytical Mindset: Structured, detail-oriented, and analytical approach to delivering HR solutions that align with business needs.
15. Collaborative and Autonomous: Ability to work independently while fostering strong relationships and collaborating across teams.
16. Integrity and Team Spirit: Resilient, fair, and honest team player who leads by example and embodies the company's values.
17. Effective Communicator: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a high customer service orientation.
18. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Dutch and English is required to effectively support our diverse workforce and ensure compliance with local regulations. Proficiency in French is considered a strong asset.
